Official Records Contacts

Page County Busted Mugshots is a private reference service, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or obtain an official booking record. Contact the agency that maintains the record directly.

Page County Booking Records

For an existing adult booking or arrest record, and for an existing adult routine initial-intake photo where available, use the Page County Sheriff’s published FOIA route. The Sheriff’s office is the correct local custodian for Page Jail material, rather than the County administrator’s general records office.

Page County Sheriff’s Office
Major Stevie Owens, FOIA Officer

Luray, VA 22835
Main line: 540-743-6571
Records line: 540-843-3348

The Sheriff form page says a $6 service fee may be imposed, additional charges may apply, and the stated processing period is five business days subject to exceptions. For jail operational information, the official jail page lists Captain Randall Williams at 540-843-3339.

Where to Direct a Question

Use the record holder that fits the event and custody stage. The county’s home page explains the full local chain and its limits.

  • For a Luray, Shenandoah, or Stanley police report, use that town police department or municipal FOIA process.
  • For Page General District Court status, call 540-743-5705 at 116 South Court Street, Suite B, Luray, VA 22835.
  • For Page Circuit Court matters or sealing procedure, call 540-743-4064 at 116 South Court Street, Suite A, Luray, VA 22835.
  • For state custody or supervision, use the VADOC locator and VADOC’s records guidance.
  • For local-jail notification questions, use Virginia Jail VINE where participation is available.
  • For federal or immigration custody only, use the official BOP or ICE locator that fits the case.

An emergency is not a records request. Use 911 for an emergency. Page County Emergency Communications’ non-emergency line is 540-843-0911.
